KATHMANDU, SEP 18 - Minister for Land Reforms and Management Chandra Dev Joshi resigned from his post on Tuesday citing the prime minister’s failure to take initiative to resolve the political deadlock.
accusing the preime submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai on Tuesday.
Minister Joshi, also the Chairman of CPN-United, submitted his resignation letter to the prime minister, sources said.
Expressing displeasure over lack of initiatives on the part of Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai, the central secretariat of the CPN-United decided to withdraw from the government.
