Ram Raja in hospital with serious condition

SEPT 5, KATHMANDU.

The health condition of republican leader Ramraja Prasad Singh is stable.

He was admitted to the TU Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, a few days back following problems in his leg, back and kidneys and high blood pressure.

According to doctors involved in Singh’s treatment, his condition is stable, and has signs of improvement. Doctors KK Oli and Kanak Bahadur Raut are involved in his treatment.

Meanwhile, CPN ( Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal visited the hospital today and acquired information about the health condition of Singh.

President Dr Ram Baran Yadav, and Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai had already been at the hospital to see Singh. Chairman of the Janabadi Morcha, Singh had filed his candidacy for the nomination of the country’s first President a few years ago.
